A très vite compris que l’intérêt d’être en cuisine c’est que l’on peut piocher dans les plats et goûter à tout. « Pas d’intermédiaire et se servir à la source » était ce pourquoi elle venait aider papa.
Son point faible : la baguette fraîche !!
Quickly understood that the point of being in the kitchen was to steal straight from dishes and taste everything. « No between, straight from the source » was the reason why she first came to help daddy.
Her weakness : a hot baguette from the oven !!

Très curieux de nature, Liam aime poser des questions et goûter. C’est notre expert Guacamole : il fait la finition et rectifie parfaitement notre spécialité…que je n’aurais confié à personne d’autre auparavant. Il a fait sa première omelette à 3 ans et son premier Mac&Cheese à 3ans et demi.
Son point faible : le chocolat !
Naturally very curious, Liam loves asking questions and tastes new things. He is our Guacamole expert : he perfectly adjusts the seasoning of our specialty…that I would have never trust anyone before with. He cooked his first omelet when he was 3 and his first Mac&Cheese at 3 and a half.
His weak spot : chocolate !!

Je pense que la cuisine est un moment privilégié et sa dégustation, un moment de plaisir qui doit être partagé avec des gens que l’on aime…donc si l’on peut aussi associer la prépararation à ce plaisir, à la pédagogie et à des jeux, c’est plus de moments de bonheur passés ensemble.
I think that cooking is a special moment and eating, should be a moment of pleasure shared with people you like…so if you can use cooking as a pedagogical material and fun, it’s more family time and happy moments together.
